We collect information about you when you vist our website, request a free evaluation, subscribe to our service, or contact us via direct email or  telephone.  
People who contact us via social media (for example Twitter)
We use a third party provider, Hootsuite to manage our social media interactions. If you send us a private or direct message via social media the message   will be stored by Hootsuite for three months. It will not be shared with any other organisations.

What type of information is collected from you?
The personal information we collect might include your name, company registered address, email address, IP address, country location and information regarding your company  products and services. 
When someone visits www.euro-bidwatch.com we use a third party service, Google Analytics, to collect standard internet log information and details of  visitor behaviour patterns. We do this to find out things such as the number of visitors to the various parts of the site. This information is only  processed in a way which does not identify anyone. Any data collected via this method is automatically deleted after 14 months.

We use a trusted   IT service provider located within the European Union to provide website hosting services who has also  certified its compliance with the EU-U.S. and Swiss-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework.
We use a trusted  partner located in Luxembourg for the production of tender alerts issued to  subscribers . We disclose only the personal information that is necessary to deliver the contractual service and they are obligated to keep your information secure

Transferring your information outside of Europe
As part of the services offered to you through this website, the information which you provide to us may be transferred to countries outside the European  Union. This may happen in the event you access our website from outside of the EU and/or our IT service provider servers are  located in a country outside of the EU. These countries may not  have similar data protection laws to the UK .  By submitting your personal data, you’re agreeing to this type of transfer, storing or processing.
